What do you sell?
Frogartti sells digital design files and creative resources. All products are delivered electronically, so no physical item will be shipped to you.
How will I receive my files?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
I have not received my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders.
You can also search your inbox for “Frogartti” or your Shopify order confirmation.
If you still cannot find your files, contact us at support@frogartti.com with your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.
What file formats are included?
The included file formats are listed on each product page. Depending on the product, your download may include formats such as PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF, ZIP, or other digital file types.
Please review the product description before purchasing to make sure the files are compatible with your software or intended use.
Do I need special software?

Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products sold by Frogartti are digital downloads. Nothing will be printed or mailed to you.

Yes, when the product is intended for printing. You may print the files at home, through a local print shop, or with an online printing service.
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, paper, ink, and print settings.
Can I use the files commercially?
Usage rights may vary by product. Please check the individual product description and any license information included with your download.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design.
Can I edit or customize the files?
